Careers Compass Event
Many organisations are facing difficulties in the attraction and retention of well-qualified staff in the WASH sector. This is a limiting factor in the sustainable delivery of WASH services.
This event on the final day of week’s programme is an opportunity for employers and potential employees to explore the range of career options available in the WASH sector. Employers will provide advice on how to develop careers, available opportunities and paths followed within organisations. Potential employees can meet and chat with National, Regional and International employers. This event is free to attend, though participants will need to register nearer the time.
